What you can do is place resistors within this circuit, I assume a series circuit to slow down the flow of electrons. Also setting up or changing the series circuit into a parallel circuit, helps to avoid build up of electrons flowing, as it disperses the electron flow into the circuit pathways that are now 2 rather than 1.
