So what you do first is make your graph. You can make it as long as you like. Just make sure that you have -12 on the left end of your graph. So now what h>-12 means is that h is greater then -12. Therefore, you will make a open dot on the piont -12 to indicate that h can not be -12, then you put a dark line to all the numbers that are greater then -12, this will show that h can be any of these numbers.
