Out of the answers given g minor is your answer. Looking at the staff the flats with go in the order of BEADGCF if you only have 2 flats they would be B and E. Go to the second to last flat written which in this case is the B and since it has a flat on the line Bb is your answer for the key signature. Bb translates into g minor.
