In a tight election for a town's Centennial Committee secretary, Tonya has 3/10 chance of winning. Barry is one-third as likely as Tonya to win. Marvin , Sally, and Bernice all have the same chance of winning. Expressed as a fraction, what are Sally's chances of winning?

She has a 2/10 chance of winning because 1 - 3/10ths - 1/10ths(barry's chance) and then you are left with 6/10th chances for everyone else. Then you take 6 and divide it by 3 (bernice, sally and marvin) and you get a 2/10 chance.
