1. By identifying all areas that are "tight" it is possible for you to recognize where you are feeling uncomfortable and how you can resolve this. This situation reduces the stress of everyday life, since you know the source of a problem and can work directly on it, solving it or making it less uncomfortable. In other words, we can say that identifying areas that are "tight", decrease discomfort and decrease discomfort promotes relaxation, decreasing stress.

2. Statistical stretches of the passive type were the ones I liked the most, because it allows me to work a specific muscle, managing relaxation and directly where I can feel a discomfort, in addition to allowing me to notice the dissolution of tension knots. I also liked the static stretches of the active type and the isomeric type, for the same reasons mentioned previously and last.

3. I can create more conscious relationships through dialogue, where I and the people I relate to can express and understand each other. In addition, it is necessary for me to develop empathy to really understand the people I relate to and be able to interact with them in the most correct way possible.
