Your mind, or your conscience, determines the way you think. People have different beliefs about different ideas. Some people are for an idea while others are against an idea. Everyone’s opinion is different because everyone’s mind is different. If someone believes that civil the civilians is the best thing in the world then their minds would influence that. They might have had some sort of experience in the past that would lead them to believe that.
However, if somebody thinks civil disobedience is terrible, and violence will only create change, then their mind or their conscience would influence that because they had some experience in the past that would influence their decisions
