i put my phone away and only used it on breaks, i use my phone alot and when i see it i tend to use it so me putting it away helps heaps
i put some music on, music is really good and uplifts most people
eating regularly helps your body stay consistent and keeps energy up

a room with heaps of sun light, sun light releases melatonin which may help u feel confident in what your doing
