Entrepreneurship is usually when someone invents something or comes out with a new brand. Elon Musk, the guy that made Tesla, is an entrepreneur. Everyday, his business is at risk.
That is what is meant by ideas, innovation (problem solving and quick thinking) and risk-taking.
