Then, leaders should serve as bridges to join organizations' goals and their followers' objectives on the changes the organization should take.

Under that scenario, there will be a balance between what the organization and the leader want and that the individuals forming that team desire. Fulfilling their personal dreams will generate commitment among followers what is likely to help to create the culture of change.
