Cant be no grammar errors because that is in the Use of Language.

Cant be some details and dialogue because you dont just need some, and it is in Elaboration.

Cant be Entertaining Theme because that is in Audience and Purpose.

So the only logical one is consistent POV because it is the only one in Organization.

I'm not saying you dont need the other ones for a perfect score, but the question is asking which one do you need for the Organization part.
