Quick question-
I know that strawberries are left with bugs and bacteria, which obviously made me afraid to eat the such fruit, but is the bacteria (and bugs) pre-washed before put to sale in grocery stores? Or are the bugs still infesting the fruit after being bought?

I think that the fruits are washed before they get shipped to the stores, but you should still wash them, because there could be stuff that's left over.
