It seems that the symptoms that are being described in this scenario are all indicative of congestive heart failure. This is a condition where the heart isn't pumping enough blood to the body or even fill adequately which causes many different symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, swollen legs and rapid heartbeat.
