Cascade Range is large and major mountain range in Western North America. Coming from British Columbia, through Washington, Oregon, and North California. It includes volcanic and non-volcanic mountains. An example of a non-volcanic mountain would be the North Cascades. And the volcanic ones would be High Cascades. The Cascades are part of the Pacific Ocean's Ring of Fire, the ring of volcanoes and associated mountains around the Pacific Ocean.
