Then we need at least two points on this line

When we compare to the point-slope formula [tex]y-y_1=m(x-x_1)[/tex] then we  obtain (-5,-2) as a point on this line so we plot it.

When x=0, y=4(0+5)-2=18 so we plot (0,18)

On the other hand, if you had wanted the equation slope intercept form, then we expand to obtain:
