Most of the time people are evil because they are powered and driven by their own self doubt or loathing. For many, it is hard to except the fact that you have not become the person that you were meant to be. And for those "evil" people, they feel like it is easiest to take out there anger and self loathing on others. Not sure I understand the answer choices but this what I think.
