Ok so I really need help with this, it’s late now btw

So here are the ones I need help with

15. h+1/3=5/3

16. w-7/9=2/9

17. 3/5f=9

20. m divided (-7)=2.1

For the photo one it says: identify the property of equality that makes equations 1 and 2 equivalent.

This would really help me out a lot
