What is Tropical Cyclone?

The Tropical cyclones are also defined as the hurricanes with having a maximum speed of 74 mph. These storms are invented over that oceans that are warm.

In case of the tropical cyclone moves into higher latitudes (over colder waters), it will become an extra-tropical cyclone and also change its structure.
