An uncovered pot of water lies out in the sun. Which statement correctly describe what happens at the surface of the liquid water

Respuesta :

The sun is hot and heat affects surface tention. As the heat of the water rises the surface tention of the water decreases.

If you place a leaf on cold water it will float; this is because surface tention is the strongest in cold water.

But if a leaf was placed on hot water it wont float.

Brainliest Answer please! Hugs. Hope this helps.
