Should schools include meditation breaks during the day?

Students should be able to have meditation breaks during the day because it improves their mental stability.
Students should meditate throughout their day because it allows for better performance academically.
Meditation breaks are beneficial for students because stress can be very exhausting and meditation can help with that to a big extent.
