you can take showers with soap .....you can run on a daily basis.... you can eat healthy...you can get at least 8 hours of sleep each night .....and you can drink plenty of water

1. brush your'e teeth befor eating/sleeping

2. make a selfcare routine

3. make healthy goals, and make sure your,e comfortable with yourself

4. start going to the gym, and start taking walks

5. make sure to eat healthy
