Can someone help me write a proper sonnet using the traditional Shakespearean sonnet form?

It needs to: follow the abab cdcd efef gg rhyme scheme, contain three quatrains and one couplet, and use some figurative language.

I don't want someone just to do it for me, I want someone to help me.
