A neighbor of yours who recently shifted next to your house is fond of giving parties which unfortunately are very noisy and disturb your studies. Write a letter of complaint what step he/she should take to minimise disturbance.

Hi i am your neighbor i wanted to know if you could turn your music down after 6:00 pm it would help me a lot i appreciate it. Also please ask your guests to not pull up to the house with their music down. And lastly if possible please have your parties indoors and not outside.

Hi there, here is my thoughts..

Hello, I am a neighbor and I have noticed that you tend to have parties, but can you please consider keeping the noise down? The loud partying is disrupting me not to be able to properly study, which will affect my grades, come test taking time. This disturbance has been going on recently, and I would hope you can take this into a consideration and turn down your music.

I know this isn't the best letter nor close, but I hope this helps you :)
