It really depends on the context. Graffiti that spreads hatred isn't art in my opinion. Art should have a meaningful message, not a hateful one. Graffiti that tells a story or looks beautiful/looks like someone put thought into it is art.

Graffiti is just another of expressing your art and it sould not be called vandalism. Eventhough it is put in places without perments it still means something to somepeople. It may not appeal to some but others it does. AND I LOVE IT!!!!
