Mughals had a severe yet an important effect on India during its rule. Mughal rule started with Babur invading India and defeated several kings to widespread their empire in the country.
During their rule, Islam was widespread in India and there was deep migration of Muslim community in India and other neighboring countries. The last emperor to ever rule India was Bahadur Shah II.
- There was a deep conflict between the Hindu, Rajputs and the Mughals empire as they wanted to extend their rule in Bharat. The deepest impact was however when Alexander invaded the country and the war of Poras happened.
- Akbar however was the most influential Mughal king during his time as he was a wise and minded king who captured entire Central and Northern India except for Mewar region in Rajasthan.
- Kings like Chh. Shivaji Raje Bhonsale and Maharana Pratap defeated Mughals and contributed hugely in ending the Mughal empire. They won battles of Deccan and Haldighati also known as Plassey.
Hence, Mughals had a huge impact during their rule in India. They handed over the empire when British captured and established colonies.
