Next we locate the entry in [tex]B_{41}[/tex] in matrix B also. Which is [tex]4[/tex]. We multiply by the scalar of [tex]-3[/tex] to get,

[tex]-3\times 4=-12[/tex].


We now add these two corresponding entries to obtain,
