The elements in each pair that has possess atoms with large atomic radius are ;

A ) Sodium

B ) Strontium

C) Germanium

As we go down the groups in the periodic table the atomic radius of the elements on the periodic table increases because of the increase in atomic number.

Lithium is an alkali metal with an atomic number of 3 and is located in group 1 of the periodic table. while sodium is also located in group 1, it has an atomic number of 11 therefore it has a larger atomic radius.

Magnesium and strontium both belong to group 2A of the periodic table but strontium has a larger atomic radius because it has an atomic number of 38

Carbon and Germanium both belong to group 14 but Germanium has a larger atomic radius because it possess an atomic number of 32.

Hence we can conclude that The elements in each pair that has possess atoms with large atomic radius are ; Sodium, Strontium, Germanium.
