In Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, the lines spoken in option A happen when Romeo hasn't met Juliet yet, as he is on his way to the Capulet party. The lines in options C and D are spoken during the scene where Romeo takes the poison so that he can me reunited with Juliet in death (although she's not dead yet... but he doesn't know).
The lines in option B are spoken in act 3, scene 5 which happens after Romeo and Juliet spend their first night together and the sun is now up so Romeo has to leave Juliet in order to avoid being discovered and captured by the Capulets. Juliet tells him to pretend that daylight is nothing but a meteor so that he can stay a little longer, to which he responds with the lines in option B to express that he doesn't want to leave either, that he prefers to be captured and killed.
Therefore, your best answer is option B.
