A majority of drivers do not come to a complete stop at STOP signs. Why is this information important when trying to anticipate and react to the actions of other drivers?
Umm I think it is because you get to know their facial expressions on stop signs. I know this doesn't help. But I hope this Sparks some kind of answer in your head.
