The two smallest form of government in the United States is County and Municipal or Municipality. Its governing body is the one to provide certain local government services. Both forms are responsible for maintaining the Infrastructure such as buildings, roads, streets, public places, and utilities. Local governments also created Zoning Laws that processes in dividing land within municipality into zones in which a definite land uses are prohibited or permitted.
