Adaptive problems refers to the difficulty to follow a certain standard but the causes of the failure is extremely hard to identify.
People with the IQ of 80 or lower tend to face difficulity to follow a standard, but the causes of this problem could be easily identify (the brain process is to low to follow instructions at normal speed)
