D. CABINET
The Congress was tasked to create departments to help the president lead the nation and its heads were duly appointed by the president. The department heads are then called the President's Cabinet. They are there to assist and advise the President in with the nation's problems.
The established departments were: the War department, the Treasury department, and the State department.
