Industrial Carriers (ICI) breached numerous contracts in the final months of its operations. One of its creditors, Flame S.A., obtained a judgment against ICI for breach of contract. To satisfy its judgment against ICI, Flame sought to attach property that was owned by Freight Bulk Pte. Viktor Baranskiy, who is the son of ICI's Chairman of the Board, was the sole shareholder of Freight Bulk. Baranskiy also is the sole shareholder of Vista Corporation. The basic theory underlying this complaint is that Baranskiy aided ICI in evading its creditors by funneling ICI money and other assets into Freight Bulk and Vista. In fact, both Freight Bulk and Visa were formed with funds that originated in ICI. Flame now argues that Baranskiy, Freight Bulk, and Vista are the alter egos of ICI and that ICI fraudulently conveyed its assets to them in order to evade its creditors. Should the court pierce the corporate veil and hold Baranskiy and his corporations liable? Explain.
