Both of our kidneys are made up of tons of about a million filtering sections which is called the nephron. The nephron is a functional unit part of the kidney, the assistance that it provides is the removal of excess substances and waste from the blood. The two major focus that gets addressed from the excretory system is,
(1) Osmotic balance must be maintained which is managing the water and solutes in our bodies.
(2) Metabolic waste should be getting out of the body which contains carbon dioxide, nitrogenous waste that comes from the proteins. The kidneys are in our lower backs which connect from the ureters, bladder and urethra which all makes up the production of urine. Glomerulus is built up of mass capillaries and is surrounded by Bowman's capsule the pressure of the blood forces fluid from the blood into the glomerulus to bowman's then the fluid is Filtrate. The nephron plays a major role in our functioning bodies just like every other system.
