Rita Real Estate agent is interested in selling Christina’s house. The only problem is Christina has already entered into a 2-month contract with Helena Home Seller, another local agent. In order to sell Christina’s house, Rita tells Christina that she heard Helena was suspended by the state board of Realtors. This statement was not true. Christina, alarmed, allows Rita to talk her into a plan: Christina will not accept any offers or do anything to work with Helena during the term of the contract (2 months). Once the contract is up, Christina will sign a contract to allow Rita to sell her house. Helena hears of this, gets angry and goes to Rita’s office threatening to “beat the snot” out of her. Upon entering Rita’s office, she takes a swing at Rita and misses. She then snatches the contract out of Rita's hands, rips it up and throws it in Rita's face. After the other agents in Rita’s office intervene, Helena leaves. Two lawsuits arise from this situation. One from Helena and one from Rita. What are Helena’s allegations and the facts that support them? Your response should include bullet points (allegations) with explanations (supporting facts).
