I need help , I have to make a program (code in Pyhton) . Here it is the question of my homework :
The work concerns the numerical solution of the time independent Schrödinger's equation in one dimension.He made a computer program with the help of Python that selects the numerical solution of the time dependent Schrödinger's equation in one dimension and solves the related equations and repeats the results of the literature. The program you build should also cover the case of different active masses .

In particular, the results you need to derive , for Schrödinger's time-independent equation, are these :
1) the finite well,
2) the harmonic oscillator,
3) of a Pöschl-Teller type potential,
4) a double well; and
5) multiple wells (superlattice).

For comparison, you can see chap. 3 of Paul Harrison and Alex Valavanis, Quantum Wells, Wires and Dots, 4th edition, (Wiley, 2016) and par. 3.2 of J. A. Hauss (editor), Fundamentals and Applications of Nanophotonics, (Woodhead Publishing, 2016).
