I need help writing a Sonnet

Instructions: A sonnet has 14 lines (three quatrains and a couplet); it has an alternating end rhyme scheme (abab cdcd efef gg); it has about 10 syllables per line with an iambic meter (iambic pentameter--u/ u/ u/ u/ u/--unstressed/stressed)
