Can someone please help me with these questions??

1. In a few sentences, explain Walt Whitman's perception of mankind in his poem "Song of Myself" and briefly compare his perception of mankind to his perception of God.

2. What could you infer or conclude about each poem from its title, "Song of Myself" and "The Unknown Citizen"? Write a few sentences explaining how each title impacts its poem.

3. If Auden were writing this poem today, how would it differ and it what ways might it be similar? Write a paragraph explaining your conclusion. You may choose from suggestions below to prompt your response.

- Would the title be the same or different? What might the new title be and why?
- What current social media outlets could compare to the "Social Psychology" and - "Public Opinion" departments? How might these be depicted for their impact on the character in the poem?

4. What was happening in 1940 when Auden first published "The Unknown Citizen" and how may national or world events have impact the poet's perspective? Write your answer using complete sentences. (You may wish to use a trusted internet browser to research the time period.)

5. Locate a verse or verses from either Job, Psalms, or Proverbs that you feel demonstrates the poet's or your experience of faith (something that is meaningful or resonates with you in your daily life). State the verse or verses and explain the aspect of life that is reflected in those verses. What is the meaning of your selection? Briefly summarize the meaning of the verses and explain how these words impact you or others. Include the book, chapter, and verse(s) in your response.

6. Explain the meaning of lines 17-18 in Bradstreet’s “Upon the Burning of Our House.”

7. Select a poem you are familiar with which speaks to you most effectively about comfort in troubled times. Quote at least eight lines (or the whole poem) here (include the author) and explain why the poem speaks to you about that comfort.
